I created this blog as part of an assignment for a course I am completing called Writing with Technology through the National Writing Project. Anyone who knows me knows that at least until very recently, my technological skills were limited to email and my ipod. In just over a month I now have my own webpage that I can build upon (and I know how to!) and this blog, which I would like to use to share teaching issues and the path of my dissertation research. Right now I am about to write my IRB proposal, which will help me focus on my research design. I am excited to begin classroom observations this fall and start my research on how we prepare graduate students to teach.
